CHALLENGE

It’s not easy for girls, especially with today’s societal pressure, to develop a healthy and positive sense of self-worth and self-respect as they prepare for their future.

That’s why this Women’s History Month, we’re flipping the script by inviting girls everywhere to empower themselves — in the #GirlFrom Challenge.

THE ACTIVATION

The #GirlFrom Challenge is your invitation to challenge your insecurities and love everything about who you are. It is a rallying call for girls everywhere to challenge the gender stereotypes and biases that often undermine girls’ sense of self-worth.

Show the world your pride for who you are and where you are from — Share an Image/Video/Reel/TikTok of yourself with the hashtag #GirlFrom — and invite 3 friends to join the challenge.

*If you don’t identify as a girl but are or have been perceived by society as such, we’d like you to join our challenge and share your story.

JOIN THE CHALLENGE

The #GirlFrom Challenge is easy to join, and how you share your story is up to you.
Here are some cool ideas to start:

1. post yourself

Share a Picture/Video/Reel/TikTok of yourself
using #GirlFrom #[where you’re from]

You can use your neighborhood,
city, state, country, or continent
(Ex. #GirlFrom #Atlanta or #GirlFrom #Japan)

2. MAKE IT STICK

Make a Reel/TikTok using fun stickers or text and the song 'Girl On Fire' by Alicia Keys
for your #GirlFrom social post.

3. GET CREATIVE

Create your own #GirlFrom Tee
(poster or whatever you prefer!)

using a marker or your favorite supplies
(beads, embroidery, glitter, etc.)
and post on social.

*Don’t forget to invite 3 friends to join the #GirlFrom Challenge or to use the #GirlFrom hashtag
so we can find your post and share it with our community of women and girls from around the world.

SHARE YOUR STORY.

Do you have an extraordinary story to tell? Have you overcome significant challenges to be where you are today? Are you a youth activist working against all odds to create a positive impact in your community? We would love to amplify your story as part of our #GirlFrom IG Live conversations.
